Disclaimer: The items above are being handed over to Longview Computer Center for repair as designated above. There will be a $50 per hour charge with half-hour minimum for 2 to 7 day service. Express service (same day or next day) is $70 per-hour. Estimates or diagnostics are a minimum one-hour charge. Longview Computer Center is not responsible for any type of data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to have current backups of all data and programming. All labor is warranted for a period of 30 days from technician report date. Software 'glitches' are not covered under labor warranty. Warranty covers only work completed by Longview Computer Center on invoice. Customer is not entitled to free labor just because he has purchased components from Longview Computer Center. It is the customer's responsibility to have sufficient knowledge to assemble computer components. Systems left for 30 days after completion become property of Longview Computer Center and will be sold to cover any material or labor cost. LABOR IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
